chop all vegetables and gather all ingredients.
In a small bowl combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Take your venison meat and dredge it in the flour mixture.
Melt butter in the kettle insert.
Add venison to the butter and brown the meat on all sides.
Add the onions, celery, carrots, and the thyme and cook until onions become translucent.
Add in cayenne pepper.
Add in the beef broth. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Add the potatoes and cover, let simmer on the grill for 45 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve!
