Cut the kielbasa in 3 inch pieces and slice your onion. Get sauce ingredients together.
Heat your STOK grill and insert the Wok Grill Insert. Place the sliced onion in the Wok Grill Insert.
Place the sliced kielbasa on the grill grate.
Drain the sauerkraut and place in your STOK Wok Insert.
Cut the cooked kielbasa into 1/4 inch slices.
Add the sliced kielbasa back into the Wok insert along with the onions and sauerkraut.
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
Add yellow mustard
Add honey
Add dijon bumpy mustard
Add paprika
Add Salt
Add Pepper
Mix until smooth and serve with your Steel City Sauerkraut and Kielbasa
