Wash and dry the chicken. Season skin with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne.

Pour 1 cup of the barbecue sauce into a large bowl. Add the chicken. Toss to coat. Let marinate for 30-minutes to 3 hours in refrigerator.

Preheat Grill Grate Insert on your STOK® Grill to medium heat, between 300°F -350°F.

Once grill is heated and chicken has marinated, transfer chicken to hot grill. Let cook for 10-15 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is 165°F (insert thermometer in center of meat).

During the last 3-5 minutes before you remove the chicken, brush remaining barbecue sauce on each piece to glaze.
