Gather all of your ingredients and heat your grill to medium high. Place your stone insert in the grill as well as your wok insert.
Add the olive oil to the wok insert and place the shrimp into the olive oil.
Season your shrimp with salt and pepper.
Flip the shrimp once one side is done and season the other side with salt and pepper.
With the oil that is remaining, put your onions in the wok insert.
Add the garlic and the oregano.
Add the crushed red pepper and cook until onions are tender.
Pour in the white wine and stir to deglaze the pan.
Bring the wine to a boil and simmer until it begins to reduce.
Add in your tomatoes and smash them. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Begin working your dough to create a pizza crust. You can roll it out or toss it, whatever is easiest.
Place the dough onto the stone, and pour some of the sauce onto the dough.
Spread the sauce onto the pizza dough.
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
Add shrimp to the pizza.
Add your parmesan cheese on top of the shrimp.
Place your fresh basil on top, close the grill and allow the pizza to cook. This should take about 10-15 minutes!
Remove from the heat, and enjoy! This recipe should make 2-3 pizzas.
