Gather all of your ingredients a heat your grill to high.
In the kettle insert, add all of your shrimp.
Add in your old bay seasoning.
Cook shrimp until opaque.
Once shrimp are done, remove from heat and set aside.
Now add a little olive oil to the Kettle.
Add in your sausage and cook until sausage begins to brown.
Then add in your onion.
Add in your red bell pepper.
Add in your green bell pepper. Stir everything together and let cook for 4-5 minutes.
Now add in your garlic.
Add in your crushed red pepper. Stir and let cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Add in the zucchini.
Add in the chicken stock. Now stir and let cook until the stock has reduced by half.
Add in your cooked shrimp.
Stir everything together and let cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove from the heat serve and enjoy!
