Pre-heat your Stok grill and get your ingredients together.
Cook the bacon on the Stok wok insert and then put on a paper towel.
Put the olive oil on the salmon to prevent sticking.
Place the salmon on the Stok Wok insert. Cook 5 minutes on each side our until desired doneness.
Clean the skillet and toast the bread until golden brown.
Spread the lemon mayonnaise on the toasted bread.
Place cooked salmon on the toast.
Place sliced tomatoes onto salmon.
Add your crispy bacon.
Add leafy lettuce.
Place toast on top of sandwich.
