Salmon BLT

Ingredients Used:

  • 6 thick slices of bacon
  • 5 slices of country white bread sliced loaf
  • 1 Tab olive oil
  • 3 - 5 oz pieces of salmon skin removed
  • 1 beef steak tomato sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • Curly leaf lettuce to garnish
  • Lemon Mayo ingredients
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tea cayenne pepper
  • 1 tea lemon zest

Preparation

Cook the bacon on the Stok wok insert and then put on a paper towel.

Put the olive oil on the salmon to prevent sticking.

Place the salmon on the Stok Wok insert. Cook 5 minutes on each side our until desired doneness.

Clean the skillet and toast the bread until golden brown.

Spread the lemon mayonnaise on the toasted bread.
