Gather all of your ingredients. Place your kettle insert into the grill and heat to high. Take your butter, blue cheese, and garlic and mix together.

Take your steaks a season them heavily with salt.

Now season with the garlic powder.

Season with your pepper.
Step 5
Season with your onion powder.

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the kettle and allow the oil to heat up.

Place you steak directly onto the oil and allow to cook for a couple minutes until the outside is seared.

Once seared, flip your steak over.

Add in your fresh rosemary and the blue cheese butter that you made previously. Allow the butter to melt.

Once the butter has melted, take a spoon a cover your steak with the blue cheese butter. Reduce the heat to low and cook the steak to your preferred temperature.

Remove your steak from the heat and let rest. Cover your steak with blue cheese crumbles and serve. Enjoy!
