Gather all of your ingredients.
Add your eggs to a large mixing bowl.
Add in your flour.
Whisk until smooth.
Pour in your milk.
Add salt.
Add in sugar.
Whisk everything together.
Pour your butter into the cast iron kettle insert.
Pour the egg mixture in the cast iron kettle.
Sprinkle the raspberries onto the top of the egg mixture.
Heat the grill to medium heat, and put the lid onto the kettle insert.
Check breakfast cake half way through to make sure it isn't sticking to the bottom.
Pour maple syrup onto cake when it is finished.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cake, serve immediately and enjoy.
