Gather ingredients and preheat grill.
Season the ribeye steaks with the garlic powder and dry mustard.
Melt butter in Wok insert on Gridiron.
Add mushrooms, sliced onions and sliced green and red peppers to the Wok insert.
Place seasoned ribeye steaks on the Gridiron directly on the grate.
Cook ribeye steaks 5 min per side for medium rare.
Remove ribeye steaks from Gridiron once cooked to your liking and slice into thin strips.
Add strips of ribeye to the Wok insert with sautéing vegetables.
Place hoagie roll on Gridiron grate and add steak and veggies.
Cover hoagie roll with parmesan cheese. Let cheese melt.
