Gather all ingredients
Place bacon in Wok Insert and cook until crispy on both sides
Remove bacon from Wok Insert and place on separate tray
In the same Wok Insert cook mushrooms and onions until soft
Once mushrooms and onions are about halfway done place burger patties on grill
Remove onions and mushrooms and place on separate tray
Cook ham in Wok Insert and quickly cook until crisp on the edges
Remove ham and place on separate tray
(Optional) Toast hamburger buns until lightly brown
Add cheeses to hamburger patties until slightly melted
Place first hamburger patty on bottom bun
Add ham
Add jalapenos
Add second hamburger patty
Add mushrooms and onions
Add bacon
Add tomatoes
Add fried onions
Add lettuce
Add top bun
Finally, place a skewer through the burger to hold everything together and enjoy the Ohio State Stacker!
