Gather all of your ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl, add in your hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce.
In the same bowl add in your rice vinegar.
Add in the soy sauce
Add in your black pepper.
Add in your garlic and the sesame oil.
Stir everything together thoroughly.
Separate the mixture into two halves. One will be used for a marinade, and the other to cook with.
With half of the mixture, add in your pork.
Make sure to evenly coat the pork with all the marinade, allow the pork to marinade for 45 minutes.
When the pork is finished marinating, heat your grill to medium-high heat. Add in your vegetable oil, then add in your two whisked eggs.
When the egg is almost completely cooked, add in your marinated pork.
When the pork is about to be finished cooking, add in your shiitake mushrooms.
Now add in your cole slaw mixture.
With the second half of the sauce that you made, add in to the wok insert. Stir everything together.
When the cole slaw begins to soften and the pork is completely cooked, transfer to some flour tortillas.
Sprinkle some green onions on top.
Finish off with some toasted sesame seeds! Serve immediately and enjoy!
