Gather all ingredients
In a separate bowl pour in salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and sugar
Pour mixed dry ingredients over both sides of brisket and rub in thoroughly
On the STOK Gridiron change insert to WOK and pour in beer into pan
Add chopped jalapenos
Add water
Add the remainder of dry rub into Wok and bring to a boil
Once brought to a boil pour sauce into a separate bowl and chill for later
Remove Wok insert, insert Grill Grate insert and place seasoned brisket on Gridiron
Cook on low for 3hrs or until brisket reaches 145 degrees or higher
When brisket is completed, remove from grill and enjoy
