Gather Ingredients.
In the cast iron kettle, sauté the onion, garlic, and green pepper with one tbsp of olive oil until soft and lightly brown.
Add the meat to the kettle.
Cook meat until brown.
Add chili flavored beans.
Add kidney beans.
Add tomatoes with green chilis.
Add cumin.
Add chili powder,
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Taste test the chili until warm and thickness is to your liking.
Let simmer for 30 minutes and enjoy!!
