Heat your grill to high and gather all of your ingredients.
Take your rye bread and put one slice of swiss cheese on a slice. Put your sauerkraut on top of the swiss cheese.
Place your corned beef on top of the sauerkraut.
Pour some thousand island dressing on the corned beef. Add another slice of swiss cheese and close the sandwich.
Melt 1/2 of the butter onto the griddle insert.
Place your sandwiches on the melted butter.
Close grill and let grill until the bread is crispy and the cheese begins to melt.
Flip your sandwiches over and repeat the previous step.
Take the sandwiches off of the grill and serve hot! Enjoy!
