Grilled Pork and Szechuan Stir Fry

  • 1 bag broccoli, cauliflower, carrot medley
  • Montreal style spice rub
  • Szechuan stir fry sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave, steam, or par cook veggies until just past al dente

Step 2

Add wok insert. Pre-heat grill to 375F

Season pork chops with rub and begin grilling. Cook for two minutes and tun 45 degrees for an amazing grill mark. Cook for an additional 2 minutes with lid closed and then flip pork chops.

Add oil to preheated wok insert. Add veggies and stir fry for 2 min. Add 1/4 cup Szechuan sauce or more if desired. Turn heat to low and stir fry for an additional 2 min.

Pork chops cook for about a 4 minutes per side for a total of 8 minutes. Veggies cook for about 4 minutes total.
