Gather Ingredients.
On a skillet, add a stick of butter and sugar and heat until butter is melted.
Add cinnamon, sugar and salt, and stir.
While mixture is heating, cut peaches in half and remove pit.
Heat grill to high. Brush peaches with oil and grill until golden brown and cooked through.
Place peaches on top of short cake and top with butter mixture.
Add ice cream.
Serve and enjoy!
