Prepare your ingredients while your STOK grill preheats

Shuck oysters and leave them in half the shell To open the oyster put the flat side facing you and place the oyster knife in the pointed end between the 2 shells and twist until open

Place the oysters on the STOK grill insert

Place one pad of butter in each oyster
Step 5
Add a sprig of cilantro in each oyster
Step 6
Put a little dab of fresh horseradish on the oyster (this is hot, apply to your preference)
Step 7
Cook oysters on the grill for 5 - 8 minutes
Step 8
Once oysters are done (not runny) squirt a little lemon juice before eating
