Preheat your grill on medium heat, about 350°F. Follow the directions on the pizza dough package to prepare the dough for cooking (Allow for dough to come to room temperature)
Divide dough in half to make two 8" pizza crusts.Brush one side of the dough lightly with olive oil, and place it oil side down on the grill.
Cook with the lid up until there are nice grill marks on the bottom and the dough has begun to bake, at least 5 minutes. Lightly brush the top of the dough with more olive oil, and flip it over.
Spread nutella over the top of the crust, leaving a border of about ¼" all around the edge.
Top the nutella with sliced fruit. Close the lid on the grill and allow to cook until the dough is cooked through, the fruit is roasted, and the nutella is bubbly, 7-10 minutes.
Remove the pizza(s) to a cutting board, tray, or cookie sheet and immediately sprinkle the bare edge with granulated sugar. Drizzle with chocolate syrup & top with powdered sugar (if desired)
Allow to cool slightly, then cut and serve!
