Mix ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard and brown sugar together in a bowl. Pour into kettle and set aside.

Place patties on grill, and cook for 6-8 minutes. Split one open to see if it's done. If so, proceed to the next step.
Step 5
Remove meat, reduce heat to low, and insert kettle with sauce. Allow the sauce to warm up, then pour meatballs in. The meat is already cooked, so this step is for flavor. Serve as soon as the meatballs are covered in sauce, or you can leave them on low heat to keep warm.
