Place all ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Seal the bag. Shake to evenly coat asparagus with marinade.
Preheat the Vegetable Tray on the STŌK Grill to medium heat, between 300°F and 350°F.

Once grill is preheated, use tongs to transfer asparagus to Vegetable Tray. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning 2-3 times to cook evenly.
Transfer grilled asparagus to serving dish. For garnish, sprinkle grated parmesan and crumbled bacon or hollandaise sauce over the spears.
