Place the steak and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss to coat meat with seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Preheat STOK Grill to high heat, 400°F. Bring temperature to 700°F for searing.

Place steak on the grill. Cook for about 3 minutes per side for medium rare. At this point, the heat may be lowered to medium-low in order to continue cooking process.
Step 5
Remove steak and transfer to a cutting board. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes. Thinly slice into ¼ inch thick slices. Serve.
