Heat your grill to 200 degrees or the lowest possible setting, and gather all of your ingredients.
With a small mixing bowl begin to prepare your rub. First add your salt.
Then add your paprika.
Add black pepper.
Add cayenne.
Add chili powder.
Add garlic powder.
Add onion powder.
Add brown sugar.
Thoroughly mix all spices together.
Cut your full racks in half and spread them out.
Start sprinkling your spice rub over the top of the ribs.
Rub your spices into the ribs, make sure to try to cover every bit.
Flip ribs over and repeat.
Start placing the ribs into the Rib Rack Insert.
Sprinkle some of the spices on the edges of the ribs if you have any left over.
Close grill immediately and allow to grill for 1 hr, make sure your grill doesn't get too hot.
After 1 hour flip the ribs over and allow to grill for another hr.
After the second hour, take ribs out of the insert and brush on your favorite bbq sauce.
Make sure your cover both sides of the ribs with the bbq sauce.
Place your ribs back into the Rib Rack Insert and allow to grill for another 20 minutes or until done and tender.
Take off of the grill serve warm and enjoy!
