Pre-heat grill to 400, making provision to use indirect heat. On a Quattro, only use one side of the burners.
Step 2
Prepare brownie batter according box or recipe. Set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine pumpkin, cream cheese, sugar and spices. Whisk together until smooth.
Step 4
Grease STOK Kettle insert with non-stick cooking spray, and spread the brownie batter in it.
Step 5
Dollop the pumpkin mix on top of the batter, and swirl with a knife. (Use more mix the more pumpkin-y you want the brownies. I only used about 1/2 of the mix for an even choco/pumpkin balance.) Sprinkle the top with crumbled graham crackers.
Step 6
Place in grill for about an hour, or until the brownies pass the tooth-pick test. I recommend turning the kettle 90 degrees every 20 minutes for the most even cooking. Serve warm and enjoy the taste of Fall!
