Set STOK Grill to medium heat, about 350. Grease the inside of Kettle Insert.
Prepare biscuit dough according to directions. (Canned biscuits work well too!)
Pinch off a piece of dough, about the size of a ping-pong ball. Press the dough lightly in shredded cheese.
Roll dough into a ball with the cheese in the center. Arrange dough in a ring inside greased kettle.
Place kettle in grill and close lid. Allow to cook for about 25 minutes, or until bread is golden brown.
Transfer to a plate. (Optional: Spread garlic butter over the top.) Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
