Use a pizza cutter to cut tortillas into quarters.
Insert the Wok, and pour in about an inch of oil. Turn grill on to medium heat and allow to heat up for about 10 minutes.
Carefully lay tortilla pieces in hot oil, about 4-5 at a time. As they cook, use your tongs to puncture air bubbles for more even cooking.
When the edges begin to turn golden brown (after about a minute), carefully flip each chip and allow to cook for about another minute.
Remove from oil when the chips are consistently golden brown, and place on a plate with a paper towel.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and drizzle with warm icing. Add any fruit toppings you wish. Whipped Cream is great on them too!
