Preheat Stok Grill to medium heat, between 300°F and 350°F.

Step 3
Mix together first four ingredients in a medium sized bowl (with nuts if you are using). Set aside.
Step 4
In Wok Insert, layer apple slices until it's about ¾ of the way full. Combine 1 teaspoon each of the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples.
Step 5
Crumble crust mixture over top of the apples.
Step 6
Place Wok in hot grill, close lid and let grill for about 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Keep lid closed as much as possible to avoid losing heat.
Step 7
Using the STOK® Insert Removal Tool, remove the Wok from the grill and set aside to cool slightly.
