Preheat Gridiron to medium high and gather ingredients.
Lightly flour your work area. Roll the dough ball out into a 12-inch circle.
Using your fingers, press the dough into the Cast-Iron Kettle insert.
Fill with mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup, but save a bit for the very top!)
It's time to add toppings! Add onions.
Add mushrooms.
Add pepperoni.
Add crumbled bacon.
Pour tomato sauce evenly onto pizza and toppings.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Place Kettle insert into preheated grill. Place Kettle top on insert, close Gridiron top and cook for 15-20 min (until crust is done).
When pizza is ready, remove insert and carefully wedge pizza out once cooled.
Slice and serve!
