Preheat your grill to high heat (400°F), and insert your STOK Wok.
Cut caulifower into bite size florets.
Toss cauliflower in egg.
Add flour mixture to cauliflower and toss until the cauliflower is coated.
Pour Peanut Oil into Wok (about ½ inch deep) and allow oil to heat (about 4-5 minutes)
Gently pour in cauliflower. Cook for about 15 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally until they are all a nice golden brown.
Remove Cauliflower from oil and set to drain on a plate with a paper towel.
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, and stir in hot sauce. Coat each floret using a spoon.
Serve with Celery and Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing.
