Get all your ingredients together and preheat your Stok Tourist grill with the Stok Cast Iron Kettle on the grill.
Add oil to the Stok Wok insert.
Add the chunks of butternut squash and saute until tender.
Cover your Stok Wok insert with your Stok Cast Iron Kettle top and allow to simmer.
Once your squash is soft you can remove it and start cooking the bisque in your Stok Cast Iron Skillet. Once it is heated add your olive oil.
Then add the garlic.
Add sliced carrots
Add sliced onion
Add sliced celery
Add ginger
Allow all these ingredients to simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add the broth
Add the nutmeg
Add the cinnamon
Now that your have your broth add your squash and allow to cook more.
Add the brown sugar.
Once all the ingredients are warm the squash is really tender add cream to the stew.Stir until soup is creamy and is thoroughly mixed. You are ready to serve.
