Preheat Gridiron to medium-high heat and gather ingredients

Add Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce to Cast-Iron Kettle Insert on the Gridiron

Add butter

Add 1 clove of minced garlic

Add dry ingredients including kosher salt, chili powder, sugar

Mix ingredients and spread butter to melt. Mix until it becomes a uniform sauce

While sauce is simmering, being placing chicken wings on Gridiron grill grate

Once sauce is complete, remove the Cast-Iron Kettle Insert and pour into a separate bowl and set aside. Replace insert with Cast-Iron Grill Grate Insert

Grill the wings, covered for 20 min, flipping occasionally until they are golden brown, crispy and completely cooked through

Place wings into sauce bowl and evenly coat the wings
