Preheat your grill to low heat, and allow pizza stone to preheat.

Dust a pizza paddle with cornmeal and lay out dough.
Step 3
Spread blue cheese on pizza dough. Sprinkle buffaloed cauliflower (or chicken if you prefer) and add bacon. Spread Mozzarella.
Step 4
Transfer from paddle to STOK Stone, and cook until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly (about 15-20 minutes). Optional: Grate small amount of celery over top and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
