Gather all of your ingredients, and heat the grill to medium high.
In the Wok insert, pour in your bourbon.
Add your ketchup.
Add in your soy sauce and your Worcestershire sauce.
Add in your honey.
Add in your garlic powder.
Add in your hot sauce. Stir everything together until smooth.
Make 4 patties out of your ground beef and place your patties on the grill.
Sprinkle your minced onion onto your patties.
Season with salt and pepper as well. Check your bourbon mixture and once it starts to thicken remove from the heat.
Place the Griddle insert onto the grill once your remove glaze from the heat and melt the butter.
Once the butter is starting to melt place your onions onto the griddle.
Add the thyme to the onions.
Check your burgers and flip when once side is ready.
Season the other side of your burgers.
Close the lid and allow the burgers and the onions to cook.
Slice your buns if necessary.
Add your blue cheese to the onions.
Once the burgers are done, transfer them to the glaze.
Completely cover the burgers in the glaze.
Transfer the burgers to the bottom half of the bun.
Place your cheese on top of the burger.
Put your blue cheese onions on top of the burgers.
Place your arugula on top of the onions, and put the bun on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
