Preheat your Stok Tourist grill while you begin to prepare. Begin by getting all your ingredients together to begin the BBQ Sauce.
Put all of your dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Dry ingredients are salt, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and sugar.
Add the prepared BBQ sauce to the dry ingredients and mix all together.
Once mixed reserve one cup of the BBQ sauce to use during cooking.
Cut the chicken breasts into one inch thick strips.
Add the chicken and sliced pineapple to the bowl of BBQ sauce.
Turn over the pieces of chicken and pineapple being careful to not break the pineapple. Stir until completely coated.
Place the basted chicken on your preheated Tourist grill the wire grill grate insert it comes with.
Place the cover on top and cook for 8 minutes.
Flip the chicken to the other side.
Drizzle some of your reserved BBQ sauce on the chicken and cover and cook for 8 minutes or until chicken has an internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit.
Once your chicken is done, place the pineapple of your Stok Grill wire grill grate insert and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes turn the pineapple over and cover it and cook it another 5 minutes. You want the pineapple to have an internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit, because it has been in the mix with the raw chicken. Can marinate these separately.
Once your pineapple is done, plate your food and serve it.
