Gather ingredients and set STOK grill to high heat.

Meanwhile make the mash potatoes. Cut potatoes into large pieces add to STOK Kettle insert along with water. Bring to a boil.

Coat sausages in olive oil and place on heated grill. Turn every fifteen minutes and cook until fully colored: about 30-40 minutes. Cook until tender.
Step 4
Drain water and add potatoes back to insert. Add milk and butter and mash. Place on low heat and cover.
Step 5
On the separate side of the grill, begin making the gravy. Melt butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Next add onions and cook until they are soft. Mix in vinegar, red wine and beef stock and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Once gravy come to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 7
Remove Bangers and Mash, serve with gravy and enjoy!
