Preparation

Step 1

Pour the 2 cups of warm water into a large mixing bowl or mixer. Add the yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Then add the sugar, salt, and butter. Slowly add the flour as you mix. Mix in flour until the dough is no longer sticky. The dough should still be soft, but easily handled without dough sticking to your hands. Cover the dough with a clean dish cloth and allow it to rise for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Spread some flour on your counter top. This dough will be enough for 2 large pizzas or 3 medium pizzas. Separate the dough into how many balls you want. Flatten it out to the size you need. You can then transfer the dough to the preheated pizza stone (model #SIS4000).

Step 3

After adding your choice of pizza sauce, add some mozzarella cheese. Add the chopped peppers, the artichoke hearts, basil, and feta cheese. Then sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on the top.

Step 4

It is ready to go in the grill! Keep an eye on the temperature. Don't go higher than 400 degrees.
