Heat grill on high heat while preparing chicken. About 5 minutes before cooking, reduce heat to medium and oil the grate with a vegetable oil-soaked paper towel.

Cut the breast in half length wise. Rinse and dry w/ a paper towel.
Step 3
Lay breasts on a plate and sprinkle with salt. Allow the breasts to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then drizzle with half of the honey. Allow the breasts to sit for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
While chicken rests, dice the apples and red bell pepper. Place in a bowl and drizzle with remaining honey. Add half of the ground pepper and stir.
Step 5
Lay chicken on grill and close the lid. Flip every 5 minutes (3 flips total).
Step 6
(Need to Quattro to cook at the same time- otherwise, start with the chicken) While chicken cooks, place the apple/pepper mix in the grilling basket insert and rest over the heat. Toss periodically for about 5 minutes, or longer if you like your veggies softer.
Step 7
Serve chicken with apple/pepper mix on top and drizzle with a little honey to garnish.
